Free tier users are subject to monthly usage limits per tool. These limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. ToolNiche reserves the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

Documents you generate using ToolNiche are owned by you. The ToolNiche platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of ToolNiche.
