Do I need a credit card to use the free plan?

No. The free plan requires no credit card and no signup. Just open any tool and start generating.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Do credits expire?

No — pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via DODO Payments — a secure, global payment processor.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes! Yearly billing saves you 25% compared to monthly. The discount is applied at checkout and billed as a single annual payment.

When will "Coming Soon" features be available?

Features marked "Coming Soon" (document history, email PDF delivery, API access, bulk CSV generation, white-label output) are actively being built and will roll out within weeks of launch. Pro and Business subscribers get them automatically at no extra cost.

What does "white-label output" mean?

White-label means every PDF and PNG you generate has zero ToolNiche branding — no footer, no logo, no watermark. Your clients see documents that look like they came directly from your own business. This is a Business-plan exclusive.

Can I use ToolNiche as a team?

Yes — the Business plan includes up to 5 team member seats. Each seat gets full access to all tools under one shared subscription. API access lets you integrate ToolNiche directly into your own apps or workflows.
